1. Scope of Website Policy
This Website Policy and Acceptable Use Charter establishes the mandatory code of conduct governing every individual, automated crawler, AI scouting bot, architectural studio, and vendor accessing or utilizing the digital properties of Interiors Express (operating across interiorsexpress.biz, its subdomains, PWA client, and authenticated API endpoints).
Our platform is headquartered at:
701, Welldone Tech Park, Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon – 122018, Haryana, India.
Telephone: +91 8796025222 · Support: support@interiorsexpress.biz
2. Permitted Architectural & Commercial Uses
You may access and utilize Interiors Express strictly for legitimate professional purposes, including:
- Evaluating verified architectural and interior design practices via the 9-dimension identity matrix on
01_architects. - Searching, comparing, and specifying verified building materials and surfaces across the 15,786+ SKU index on
03_products. - Generating material schedules, project Bill of Quantities (BoQs), and requesting 4-hour city swatch boxes.
- Interacting with the deterministic KIRAN + Jev (SystemOne) Studio Concierge for quantity survey estimations.
- Booking virtual 360° walkthroughs or physical showroom appointments across 38 city clusters on
05_showrooms. - Auditing compute workstation rendering infrastructure and requesting HP Z-Series trials on
13_compute.
3. Strict Anti-Scraping & Crawler Restrictions
Interiors Express invests substantial computational, technical, and capital resources into extracting, color-calibrating, and indexing multi-vendor catalogues under our canonical CIE-L*a*b* science.
You are strictly prohibited from using automated harvesting scrapers, web spiders, data extraction bots, headless browser frameworks (including Puppeteer, Playwright, Scrapy, Selenium), or batch download scripts to extract:
- High-resolution product swatches, room visualizer photos, or CAD drawings.
- Calibrated CIE-L*a*b* tonal coordinates and design classification taxonomies.
- Architect contact databases, showroom addresses, or vendor pricing schedules.
- Proprietary algorithms (Jev natural language slot-compiler, KIRAN calculation engines, 24-parameter IE Credibility Scores).
4. Canary Bot Honeypot Notice
The platform deploys hidden synthetic honeypot URLs (including /api/v1/security/canary-trap?source=crawler). These links are invisible to legitimate human users and web accessibility agents. Any automated script or scraper that accesses a canary trap will have its IP address, ASN, TLS fingerprint, and session tokens immediately blacklisted, and details will be preserved as forensic evidence for statutory prosecution under Sections 43 and 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. Anti-Clickjacking & Framing Prohibition
Embedding the Interiors Express website, any of its 14 unified modules, or its central feature reservoirs (Project Board, Spec Compare, Swatch Box) inside an external iframe, frameset, or window overlay without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. The platform incorporates automated DOM frame-busters (window.top === window.self) to preserve user security and prevent clickjacking attacks.
6. Machine-to-Machine (A2A) MCP Gateway
To enable autonomous enterprise procurement bots (e.g. Amazon Business AI, SAP Ariba, Coupa, JLL/CBRE AI Specifiers) to search verified technical specifications without scraping our public storefront:
- Scouting bots may read public teaser
schema.org/ProductJSON-LD metadata and/.well-known/mcp.json. - Direct transactional queries, net trade rate cards, and escrow requests must route through our authenticated Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server (
mcp.interiorsexpress.biz/v1) utilizing Ed25519 cryptographic signatures and OAuth2 client credentials.
7. User Content & Review Standards
When posting reviews, uploading project case studies, commenting on technical specification walls, or submitting job openings:
- You must possess all necessary copyright licenses and architect-of-record permissions for uploaded drawings and photography.
- You must not post defamatory, abusive, racially offensive, or commercially disparaging reviews regarding competitor vendors or practices.
- You must not submit misleading material claims, counterfeit certifications, or deceptive pricing.
8. Intermediary Due Diligence (IT Rules 2021)
Pursuant to Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users are informed that they shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right, or which infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
Interiors Express reserves the right to remove any infringing content within 36 hours of receiving actual knowledge or court/government orders.
9. Cyber Security & Statutory Enforcement
Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Interiors Express platform, breach authentication walls, inject malicious SQL/XSS payloads, or execute Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks will result in immediate termination of access and formal criminal reporting to the Cyber Crime Cell, Haryana Police and the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) under the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
