We are looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to join our growing practice in Delhi NCR. This is a principal-level role that will see you leading projects from concept through completion, managing a team of junior architects and interns, and maintaining direct client relationships across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, deep knowledge of Indian building codes and regulations, and a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. Experience with high-value residential or boutique hospitality projects is a significant advantage.
You will be joining a studio of 24 professionals with an established reputation in NCR for contextual, detail-driven architecture. Our work ranges from private residences to corporate campuses and cultural institutions.
- Lead design development from schematic through construction documentation on multiple concurrent projects
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 junior architects and interns
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and site reviews
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants across project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, local municipal codes, and environmental clearance requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions for technical accuracy
- Contribute to business development — proposals, fee negotiation, and pitch presentations
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and consultant coordination logs
- B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognised institution; registration with the Council of Architecture is mandatory
- 8–14 years of experience in a professional architecture practice, with at least 3 years in a senior or project-lead role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp and Lumion preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating built projects across residential and/or commercial typologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication — comfortable presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing project budgets and contractor billing processes
- Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available)
